Anil Chauhan

Anil Chauhan has a more than 10 years of experience in indirect taxation and advising a client to start up new setups in different states across the India.

He regularly advises clients on entry strategies and on various aspects of doing business in India and has an experience of working with different regulators in India. He also advises clients on general corporate matters, corporate documentation, Indirect taxation, formation of companies (public, private and foreign subsidiaries in India) and joint venture companies and conducting due diligence.

He has also handled various hospitality matters including advising on Lease, sale and purchase of immovable properties, and developers in development/re-development projects, due-diligence for private equity investments, leasing / licensing documentation of commercial properties etc.

He is also advises clients on aspects of dispute resolution, including formulation of litigation strategies, leading settlement negotiations, litigation management and representation of the clients before appropriate forums.

Ms. Shruti Kuchhal is a graduate in commerce and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Currently, she is practicing as a Chartered Accountant with a rich experience of more than ten years in the field of financial advisory, assurance and taxation (domestic and international)

She is also a certified professional in forensic audit and fraud detection from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Her area of interest includes GST consultancy and compliances along with GST audits and GST refunds. She has advised clients in the matters pertaining to income tax and GST litigation. She has also honed her experience in Corporate Finance functioning, and also created a team of professionals.

Ms. Stuti Jain is an LLM qualified attorney, specialising in IPR consultations and Insurance laws. She has had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of clients, including Fortune 500 Companies, across industries, owing to her prior work experience in Premiere IP law firms. She is an expert in handling matters related to trademarks, Copyright and brand consultation for the corporates.
