MR. AAYUSH KUCHHAL

BBA LLB

Mr. Aayush Kuchhal is a graduate in law with a specialization in corporate laws and white collar crimes. Besides this, his area of interest includes civil and criminal litigation. As a part of his legal journey, he has worked with various advocates belonging to different fields of law. He has good experience in assisting the seniors before Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and representing the clients before different judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. While looking into different categories of law, he has a colossal experience of insolvency and bankruptcy matters, income tax matters, cheque bounce and recovery litigation. He regularly appears before Hon'ble Delhi High Court and District Courts.

While working with different law firms, he has also gained sound experience in advising foreign clients relating to custom matters about import/export regulations under foreign trade policy and implementation procedures for availing benefits. He also got an opportunity to advice the clients in relation to custom compliances.

In addition to litigation practice, he is even involved in corporate consultations, drafting agreements and contracts. He has an extensive experience in advising corporate clients in relation of negotiation of agreements and vetting of contracts.

Mr. Ronak Bhalotia is a graduate in law with specialization in criminal laws. He is practicing as an advocate and has worked with different corporate law firms, litigation firms and independent advocates. During his journey as a practicing advocate, he has worked with Top tier law firms including but not limited to Khaitan & Co. in dispute resolution department. He has also represented clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities and is an expert in handling wide variety of cases specially money laundering, NDPS and tax related matters. Mr. Ronak Bhalotia has got a good hand in handling dreading case files, analyzing data, conducting active research and drafting well-articulated pleadings.
